Community Outreach, Education, Marketing and Change Management
We help public and private organizations get the message out about programs to help the community. We provide outreach, education and support to underrepresented community members, who have been underserved, marginalized, and adversely affected by inequality and persistent poverty.
Our team members are skilled in cross-cultural communications, and help the community determine eligibility, understand options, enroll in benefits and programs, and acquire the most basic needs.
We develop and run programs, including field work and customer service to bring resources and application help to our target market. By understanding our audience, we tailor outreach, build relationships, create trust, build rapport and foster a sense of community.
