“We are excited to partner with PIM Savvy to bring this culturally responsive bilingual program to The Village on Casino Road. Having this unique program is a big win for the community, and South Everett residents have already begun taking advantage of this culturally responsive and bilingual financial coaching.” – Alvaro Guillen, Director, Connect Casino Road
PIM Savvy began participating at the Village on Casino Road events in May 2024 and we are proud to report our financial coaches have already met so many wonderful people. We have answered numerous questions including how to apply for a job, how to create a resume, how to effectively build a budget and how to save for a future car purchase. Our financial coaches have also assisted several people interested in starting their own business. Lastly, we are also helping customers apply for DSHS benefits, file their tax returns and apply for the Working Families Tax credit.
Clients can schedule a no cost financial coaching appointment, by visiting Services at The Village at Casino Road – PIM Savvy.
“From my first meeting with Alvaro Guillen, the Director of Connect Casino Road Community Foundation of Snohomish County, we identified how a successful collaboration between our organizations would leverage unique strengths and drive positive and sustainable impact in the Connect Casino Road community one individual or family at a time.” – April Matsui, President, PIM Savvy
In addition to offering our financial coaching services in-person at The Village, PIM Savvy will also offer FREE workshops or Facebook Live events on popular topics like Credit Scores and Basics of Taxes. Visit Events – PIM Savvy for a list of upcoming financial coaching workshop dates and topics.
