  • This is an appointment-only site and all appointments have been booked.
  • Walk-in service is limited and depends on volunteer capacity. If you plan to walk-in, arriving early increases your chances of being helped. When you arrive, the VITA Site Coordinator will determine if we can add in any walk-in appointments.

If you plan on driving to Bellevue Mini City Hall, park near the Crossroads Shopping Center entrance between Phenix Hair Salon and the Armed Forces Career Center. This Crossroads entrance leads directly to Bellevue Mini City Hall. Once you walk in the entrance, Bellevue Mini City Hall will be the first office on the right. If you have any problems locating Bellevue Mini City Hall, call (425) 452-2800 after 10:00am.
