Aimee has more than 15 years experience in management in the financial services and retail sectors. She has worked in higher education, banking, financial services, government, home sales and retail. She is a highly skilled and versatile consultant who has made a difference at many organizations over the years.

Aimee has a Bachelor of Science from Northwestern University in Organization Behavior with a minor in Computer Science. She also completed a Master’s of Arts from Lewis University in Organizational Leadership. She has managed a number of teams and helped with bank and financial services mergers, PeopleSoft implementations, change management and training and development programs.

Aimee is a people person and finds ways to connect even amidst today’s fast paced organizational changes. She has a proven work ethic and has years of experience. She enjoys getting out in nature and taking photos in her spare time.
