April Matsui, MBA, founded PIM Savvy in 2017. Prior to launching PIM Savvy, she spent more than two decades in the financial services sector.

April has more than 20 years of experience providing strategic guidance, project management, marketing communications and organizational change management services to retail, public sector, financial services, technology and non-profit organizations. She is a versatile consultant who has helped organizations including the City of Seattle, King County, Sound Transit and Washington State Community colleges to launch new programs, improve processes, adapt to change, and deliver employee training.

April’s approach features a strong emphasis on mastery of project details, and on change management excellence as the key to successful project delivery. She holds a PMP certification and is a certified Prosci Change Management Practitioner. Additionally, April routinely incorporates Liberating Structures (LS) while facilitating lively conversations in client groups and helping improve inclusivity when shaping next steps.
