Marc Matsui, PA-C (Physician Assistant – Certified) is an expert medical provider with over a decade of leadership experience. He has a MBA in Health Care Management, a Masters Degree in Medical Science, and has completed University of Washington Certificate programs in Healthcare Management and Patient Safety/Quality. Marc is a ProSci certified Change Manager and has worked as a senior change management consultant at PIM Savvy since 2017.

Marc has spent over 20 years caring for patients with advanced cancer alongside academic and industry leaders at the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center, Seattle Cancer Care Alliance, University of Washington Medical Center, and Seattle Children’s Hospital. While providing compassionate health care he has led an advanced professional group with over 50 direct reports, developed an advanced recruiting and training program, helped implement multiple electronic medical records and ordering systems, and participated in the development and advancement of medical treatments at the cutting edge of technology.

Marc combines warm humor, technical expertise, and proven leadership principles in achieving successful outcomes from the individual personal/patient-centered level up to the system-wide level. Although steeped in the healthcare arena, he enjoys applying his experience to all systems and looks forward to addressing the challenges presented by today’s changing business environment.
