    • Việc xác định phơi nhiễm.
    • Một quy trình để đánh giá các tình huống xung quanh sự cố phơi nhiễm bao gồm lộ trình phơi nhiễm và các trường hợp xảy ra phơi nhiễm.
    • Cách thức và thời điểm quý vị sẽ thực hiện các yêu cầu của quy tắc này.
  • Ghi nhận hệ thống kiểm soát lây nhiễm được sử dụng tại nơi làm việc.
  • Sử dụng Các Biện Pháp Phòng Ngừa Phổ Cập hoặc một hệ thống kiểm soát lây nhiễm hiệu quả tương đương.
  • Thu thập ý kiến đóng góp về các thiết bị y tế an toàn hơn để ngăn ngừa phơi nhiễm và ghi nhận trường hợp này.
  • Xem xét lại và cập nhật kế hoạch Kiểm Soát Phơi Nhiễm ít nhất mỗi năm một lần.
  • Tạo điều kiện cho nhân viên tiếp cận Kế Hoạch Kiểm Soát Phơi Nhiễm và cung cấp một bản sao cho bất kỳ nhân viên nào yêu cầu.

Các yêu cầu bổ sung bao gồm:

  • Huấn luyện nhân viên một cách chi tiết và lưu giữ hồ sơ huấn luyện trong ba năm (WAC 296-823-12005).
  • Cung cấp vắc-xin Viêm Gan B miễn phí cho nhân viên bị phơi nhiễm nghề nghiệp (WAC 296-823-13005).
