WHO – Who do I contact if I need help with the Working Families Tax Credit?

  • Contact the Washington State Department of Revenue (DOR) by:
    • Logging into My DOR to send a secure message
    • Calling (360) 763 – 7300, TTY dial 711
      • Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. PT. (closed Thursday 8 to 9 a.m.)
      • Interpreters available.

If you have federal income tax returns to file, you may be eligible for FREE tax preparation services at a Volunteer Income Tax Assistance site. The VITA program has operated for over 50 years.
