Dear Readers,

Hope this finds you safe during the pandemic. These are challenging times and community is ever so important. As the world changes and we continue to adapt, let’s lean on family, friends and colleagues for support. We at PIM Savvy are carrying on and remain ready to assist our valued clients, with first class management and implementation services.

This month marks PIM Savvy, Inc.’s three-year anniversary! We have exciting news to share: Lucas Edmondson joined us as a Consultant last year and we are thrilled to have him on our team! We have been expanding our services in both the public (government) and private sectors focused on launching important initiatives, especially those involving change. Our goal is to help our clients innovate, expand, develop and implement projects on time and within budget. The projects themselves are varied depending on our clients’ needs. To give a few examples, recent PIM Savvy projects have included:

  • Change Management Services: help teams prepare for the launch of a new system (current state and future state process mapping, pain point analysis, change impact analysis, and training)
  • Project Management Services: launch of six eLearning courses in the public sector (coordinated the work between the eLearning developers and helping the client each step of the way)
  • Consulting Services: prepare for the launch of a member self-service portal (testing, quality assurance, drafting portal tips, letters etc.)

Learning is something we prioritize each day. I attended a workshop recently and was encouraged to reach out to people when you think of them, and I thought of all of you.

As the weather gets cooler, and the nights longer, hope you can take some time to enjoy the beauty around you. This picture was from a recent family road trip to Conconully State Park in north central Washington.

    All the best,
    April
